Duration: 8 hours
Tour time: 8:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Meeting point: 8:15 a.m. at Canal House Panamá restaurant, located inside Balboa Yacht Club (next to TGI Friday’s, Amador Causeway)

We set sail at 8:45 a.m. towards beautiful Taboga Island, located just 20 km off the coast of Panama City. Enjoy stunning views, music, drinks, and the refreshing ocean breeze along the way.

At around 10:45 a.m., we anchor in a quiet bay where you can swim and soak up the sun. Then we sail to the island’s main beach where lunch is served onboard. Afterward, you can choose to explore the village or stay on the catamaran to relax.

At 3:15 p.m., we pick up guests who went ashore and head back to the city, arriving at 5:00 p.m. after a day filled with music, sun, and good vibes.

What’s Included?

  • Open bar on board: rum, vodka, local beer, juices, sodas, water, snacks, and cookies

  • Full lunch: stewed chicken with rice, fried plantains, and coleslaw – served on real plates (no plastic!)

Important Information

  • Shoes are not allowed on board

  • All passengers must bring valid identification:

    • Tourists: passport with entry stamp

    • Residents: Panamanian ID or residency card

  • IDs will be checked by Aeronaval officers before boarding

Cancellation Policy

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience starts time.
  • Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted.
  • A refund will not be given if guests are not at the indicated pickup location on time and miss their departure.
  • A refund will not be given if the weather is not to guests’ liking
  • A refund will not be given, guests who choose not to participate in an already purchased day trip. However, if our guide cancels the day trip due to safety concerns, you will be refunded for the missed day trip.

What To Expect

Day Trip Typical Itinerary

  • 5:00 – 6:00 AM: Shuttle Pickup
    Pickup from your location in Panama City between 5:00 and 6:00 AM.
  • 7:00 – 7:30 AM: Market Stop
    A stop at a local market to gather any necessities before leaving Panama City.
  • 8:45 AM: Enter Guna Territory
    Cross the police checkpoint into Guna territory. You will need to show your passport. The drive from here to the port takes about 1 hour.
  • 9:45 AM: Arrive at the Port
    Meet your boat driver and guide, then set off for your island adventure.
  • 1:00 PM: Lunch
    Enjoy a tasty lunch while on the island.
  • 3:00 PM: Return Boat Trip
  • Head back to the port by boat.
  • 6:30 – 7:00 PM: Arrive Back in Panama City
  • Return to Panama City, with arrival expected between 6:30 and 7:00 PM.
