Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience starts time.
Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted.
A refund will not be given if guests are not at the indicated pickup location on time and miss their departure.
A refund will not be given if the weather is not to guests’ liking
A refund will not be given, guests who choose not to participate in an already purchased day trip. However, if our guide cancels the day trip due to safety concerns, you will be refunded for the missed day trip.

What To Expect

Day 1: Typical Itinerary

5:00 – 6:00 AM: Shuttle Pickup
Start your journey with pickup from any location in Panama City between 5:00 and 6:00 AM.
7:00 – 7:30 AM: Minimarket Stop
Make a quick stop at a local market to pick up any essentials such as beverages, snacks, and sunblock for your island stay.
8:45- 9:00 AM: Enter Guna Territory
Continue on a scenic drive for about 2 hours to reach the entrance of the Guna territory. You will need to present your passport or Panamanian ID to the authorities.
9:45 AM: Arrive at the Port
Arrive at the port after a short drive. Meet your Guna boat driver and embark on a 30-minute boat ride to your first island, where you will be greeted by your Guna guide, Lenin.
10:00 – 10:30 AM: Arrival at Your Island
Reach your island accommodation and settle in. Spend the morning relaxing and exploring your beautiful surroundings.
1:00 PM: Lunch and Snorkeling
Enjoy a delicious lunch on the island. Afterward, take advantage of the clear waters for some snorkeling or simply relax on the beach.
Afternoon: Leisure Time
Continue to unwind on the island. You can play volleyball, enjoy the sun, or just take in the serene environment.
7:00 PM: Dinner
Conclude your day with a delightful dinner served on the island.

Day 2 and Beyond

7:00 – 8:00 am Breakfast
9:00 am 3:00 pm Island Hopping and Lunch
Explore 1-2 new islands with your guide. Lunch will be provided during your excursions. You also have the option to extend your adventure with an additional day trip.
3:00 pmDeparture: Checkout and ReturnAfter breakfast, check out of your accommodation. Spend the morning relaxing or opt for an extra day trip. Depart for Panama City by 3:30 PM, with an estimated arrival around 7:00 PM or earlier.

Is the tour suitable for children or elderly people?
The "El Original" tour is suitable for people of all ages, but some activities like snorkeling or walking on the island may not be appropriate for those with limited mobility or very young children. We recommend consulting with our team before booking if you have any specific concerns to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience.
What happens if I miss the pickup transport?
If you're late and miss the pickup transport, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund or a new pickup. We recommend arriving at the meeting point early. If you know you will be late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Is it necessary to bring cash?
Yes, it is necessary that you carry cash for personal purchases, such as souvenirs or snacks, pay the remaining balance of the trip, in San Blas there are no ATMs.
