Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 72 hours before the experience starts time.
- Changes made less than 24 hours before the start time of the experience will not be accepted.
- A refund will not be given if guests are not at the indicated pickup location on time and miss their departure.
- A refund will not be given if the weather is not to guests’ liking
- A refund will not be given, guests who choose not to participate in an already purchased day trip. However, if our guide cancels the day trip due to safety concerns, you will be refunded for the missed day trip.
